The Skycamp 4.0 Quad is the ideal 4-5 person rooftop tent for families and groups who don't want to compromise on comfort. With a hard shell, it sets up in less than a minute and offers the largest sleeping area in the Skycamp range.
Its construction is based on a DuraCore™ fiber shell particularly resistant to impacts and UV, a 320g/m² BreathWeave™ fabric that is both blackout and breathable, and a ThermaSeal™ floor made of honeycomb aluminum covered with cork which ensures optimal thermal insulation on the ground.
Ideal for 2 to 5 people, the Quad adapts to all adventures, from spontaneous weekends to multi-week road trips.

How do you mount a 4-5 person rooftop tent on your vehicle?
Installation of the Skycamp 4.0 Quad is done in three simple steps, with a minimum of two people:- Place the tent on your roof bars, making sure it is well centred.
- Tighten the provided Mounting Brackets 3.0 directly onto your bars using the included Allen key. This system is compatible with virtually all bars on the market (Thule, Yakima, Rhino-Rack, Front Runner, etc.).
- Unfold the tent and adjust the guy ropes according to the manual instructions.

Do you need roof bars to install the Skycamp 4.0 Quad?
Yes, two crossbars are required — the tent does not mount directly on the vehicle roof. Points to check before purchasing:- Minimum dynamic load of 84 kg for the Skycamp 4.0 Quad, 71 kg for the Trio and 64 kg for the Duo.
- Bar spacing: between 76 cm and 152 cm for the Quad.
- For rack mounting: iKamper fixing rails are 4.5 cm wide — check compatibility with your rack.
